108 SUN SALUTATIONS CHALLENGE…..

Hi everyone! I’m hosting a special community fundraiser on Friday, 21st August, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bowden Village Hall, and I would love for you to join.

We are tackling a 108 Sun Salutations Challenge to raise funds for the Borders Forest Trust, with the goal of planting exactly 108 new trees in the South of Scotland.

Please don't let the number 108 scare you off!

You don't need any prior yoga experience. We are using a simple, rhythmic 12-breath flow, and the afternoon is broken down into small blocks of 12 rounds with 5-minute rest breaks in between.

You can drop in, roll out your mat, and choose your own challenge. You can flow for 15, 30, or 45 minutes, or just try a few rounds. If you feel up for it, you can go for the ultimate goal of all 108! It’s completely free to attend—just show up and make a 'pay-what-you-can' donation at the door. What is the challenge?

We are aiming to collectively fund and plant 108 brand-new trees by flowing through 108 Sun Salutations.

Never done yoga before?

You are exactly who this event is for! We are breaking down the movement into a simple, highly repetitive 12-breath rhythm that anyone can follow. Plus, we will take a mandatory 5-minute rest break after every 12 rounds to rehydrate and chat.

Choose your own pace:
